After their meeting in 2017 at the Chapelle de la Trinité in Lyon and following the success of their common tour, the Quatuor Debussy invited the multi-casual singer Keren Ann for a magical recording. On the occasion of Disquaire Day (Saturday, April 21, 2018), organized throughout France each year to highlight the work of our local record shops, the artists met for two unreleased tracks, burned on vinyl disc in (very) limited edition. The opportunity to hear in a different way the subtile association of a string quartet with the exceptional voice of this incredible singer, in two songs with blues reflections and intimate resonances. Promoted by FIP and ADAMI, this project was made possible during an exceptional live Session Unik at Studio 107 of the Maison de la Radio.
Recorded on November 22, 2017 at Studio 106 of the Maison de la Radio by Cédric Chatelus and Célia Dufour.
Musical direction by Hervé Bouley.
